Android has become a great mobile operating system, but it wasn't very inclusive in the beginning. As a 21st century major product from a Google, it is naturally expected to support all languages of the world from its inception. Well it does support plenty of languages now but NOT in its earlier days. Unfortunately Geez script has been one of the victims. Hence this post is used to explain matters.

GeezIME for Android
GeezIME is now available for Android. Actually the development of this for Android first version was completed in 2012. But it couldn't reach the public till 2013 because getting to Google Play Store was not easy, i.e. setting up the developer account from Asmara. Finally now its available and can be downloaded freely to all Android devices. Go to the play store and search for GeezIME or use this direct link. Try it and tell us what you think.
