Download GeezIME 3.0 for Windows

GeezIME iconMerry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone!

The long-awaited version 3.0 of GeezIME for Windows, is now available for download. Big Thanks to all individuals who contributed to this version. Among many optimizations, GeezIME 3.0 brings complete support to Blin(ብሌን) writing. Check out the keyboard manual to see the details. Download and try it.

    Great Job..
    I wonder if there is spelling checker for MS Word, because after i installed GeezIME 3 and started writing i found out there is no way to automatically detect misspellings.

      There is a work going on spell-checking, however regarding your observation it is not likely that GeezIME will have an effect on the spell-checker of MS Word, so the case could be with other options.

    When I hit shift I don't hear anything. Volume is all the way up. What might be wrong?

      There are two editions of GeezIME one with voice and the other the mostly distributed one without voice (which must be the one you are using). The latter edition exists because most people do not use the voice feature and hence to reduce the file size of the distribution which would be increased with the presence of the voice data. So far we have not provided a download link to the voice edition in our blog, although it has been distributed. Now that you have reminded we will upload and make a link soon.

    Hello folks,
    Geez Soft ware is not working in Windows 10. Is it just my computer or you have the same problem.
    - if I opend a files with Ge'ez letters it open but the letters deformed.
    - I can't write a new file such as word or PPT.
